When you submit one of our contact forms, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number (if provided)
• The content of your message
• The date and time of submission

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this site.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are forwarded to our email inbox and may be stored in Brevo (our email platform) for up to 12 months. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

5. Third-party services

This site loads no third-party scripts on initial page load. The Google Maps embed is loaded only when you click the map — at that point Google's own privacy policy applies.
