Our commitment

The Refreshment Rooms is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA throughout.

What we've done

• All images have descriptive alt text
• The page can be navigated using a keyboard alone
• Colour contrast meets WCAG AA requirements throughout
• Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements
• Forms include accessible error messages linked to their fields
• The layout works at 200% browser zoom with no horizontal scrolling
• Motion is reduced for users who have set that preference

Known limitations

The Google Maps embed loaded on user interaction may not be fully accessible via all assistive technologies. We provide a direct link to Google Maps as an alternative.
